In my experience, Wintech Systems is one of the best places to get computer service in Thiruvananthapuram City. Even if it is a very urgent matter, they work according to our needs. The owner and technicians adopt a friendly approach. They interact well and explain the services very clearly. They handle most of the computer brands. I recently gave my printer and 2 laptops that were not working for a long time to Wintech for repair. While the prnter was relatively new and was repaired faster, the 2 laptops were pretty old that I purchased in 2007-2008. I was really impressed that they first asked me why I wanted these to be repaired and what I intented to use it for. I understand they wanted to ensure it will meet my purpose instead of just working for the money. In fact they advised me not to go with repairing one of the laptops as it will ccost me much more and may not yield benefits worth that expense. Needed to replace my Mac's keyboard and was scouring around trivandrum to look for places with reasonably priced decent service, i finally went ahead with wintech and it definitely was the best decision!! I visited Wintech for repair of of my laptop keyboard a few weeks ago, after I accidentally spilt water on it. In the first place, the owner Babu went out of his way to make sure I reached the right place by guiding my auto driver appropriately. He also very patiently explained the condition of my keyboard and answered a few other general queries I had. As far as my keyboard goes, it had to be replaced and the technician Sandeep did a good job of it......Another technician also performed a disc cleanup to increase my laptop's speed, at no extra cost.....All, in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. ~ Teena S

I had faced laptop booting problem due to the motherboard issue, my laptop was previously handled for past 10 days and returned from the nearest repair centre .They informed me that this laptop was no longer functional and advised to replace the motherboard which is expensive and hard to find the same. I have been looking for a chip level expert to rectify an issue with my 9 year old laptop and many rejected to service it as they are not confident to do the service and a few needed pictures and details of the laptop before service but did not give an outright offer to service it. Went for keyboard repair of my laptop. The owner personally looked at the laptop and also highlighted some other issues with the machine. He was extremely cordial and explained the problem and the solution.Service was really good. Got it repaired within a day. Laptop works fine now. It was raining when I took the delivery and I did not carry the laptop bag. The owner wrapped up the laptop for me in a bubble wrap to carry out safely. It was an excellent gesture. A really professional laptop service centre in Trivandrum witb great customer service , they can troubleshoot any issues in laptops and will give prompt solutions to the problem, I have been thier customer for two instances , once to repair a burnt chip in laptop and once to recover a harddisk, both times the repair was done fairly quickly and they even serviced my Laptop. I was frustrated when my laptop stopped working, I have reached the place at 7 PM, I called him and he was willing to help, some of the component of my laptop board was complaint due to water , He showed me the components, three of them was complaint so I thought of spending so much money on my laptop but I got it replaced at a cheap amount and he did it with a half an hour.
